- Certificate II, III or IV in Individual support, community services OR Assistants in nursing (AIN).
- Current and valid NSW drivers licence and a road worthy vehicle.
- Current First Aid Certificate, Working with Children and Police check or willing to obtain.
- Exceptional ability to assist clients with mobility, personal care, and hygiene needs.
- Ability to perform basic housekeeping duties, run errands, and prepare meals.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a caring approach.
- Willingness to work irregular hours, including evening hours, weekends, and holidays.
- The ability to work efficiently without supervision.
